I am pleased and honored to stand among you today, having been entrusted by the college with appointing me as Dean of Academic Affairs. This is a tremendous responsibility, one that I feel deeply entrusted with and honored by. Academic work is not merely about managing academic and research affairs; it is about shaping the future of generations, nurturing talent, and fostering the spirit of creativity and critical thinking.

I pledge before you to do my utmost—with God's help and then your cooperation—to establish standards of excellence and quality, and to foster a stimulating educational and research environment where students are the center of attention, and where faculty and researchers find support and empowerment.

Speech of the College Registrar

Welcome students! This address outlines the essential rules and regulations governing your studies at the college. Adherence to these rules is crucial for maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring a successful academic experience. **Attendance:** Regular attendance is mandatory for all classes. Excessive absences may result in failing grades or dismissal from courses. Notify your instructors in advance if you must miss class due to illness or other unavoidable circumstances. **Academic Honesty:** Plagiarism, cheating, and other forms of academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited. Consequences for violations can range from failing grades to suspension or expulsion. Familiarize yourself with the college's academic integrity policy. 

**Classroom Conduct:** Maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor in all classrooms and college facilities. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. **Deadlines:** All assignments, projects, and exams must be submitted by the designated deadlines. Don't hesitate to utilize these resources if you need assistance.
